Bookings We ask for 25% deposit to confirm your booking and the remainder six week prior to your holiday. We are happy to hold a reservation for you for a period of seven days but after that, unless we receive your deposit, the reservation will lapse. Arrival and departure All holidays start and finish on a Saturday, except as agreed out of season short breaks. Tenancies commence at 3.0 pm on the first day and terminate at 10 am on the day of departure. Pets We accept pets in our properties except at Riviera between April and October when the beach is closed to dogs. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring our furnishings are protected from damage. Electricity and heating Electricity is included in the rental at Cormorant and Torbracken. At the other properties the night storage heaters are inclusive, all other electricity is paid for by a £1 coin meter. Logs are provided for the wood burning stove at Treloggan. Clients provide their own fuel for the open fires at Riviera Lower flat, Cormorant and Torbracken. Linen We provide linen for all our properties but not towels or cot bedding. Tenants obligations To pay for any losses or damage to the property. To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at departure. We reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory state. Complaints We try to take every care to prepare our properties to a high standard enabling our visitors to enjoy their holidays. If a problem or cause for complaint does arise please let us know immediately, every effort will then be made to assist you.
